Friction Fire and Water Procurement
This course is an absolute must have in any survival situation for warmth, comfort, protection, food preparation and water purification. In this class you will learn ancient methods as well as modern ones. We will show you how to make and utilize the bow drill, hand drill, solar, ferrocium rod, the all night fire, and much more! Each student will thoroughly understand how to make a fire in any environment they find themselves in after this class. The class will begin with finding the proper materials and technique for  making the "bow drill kit" and what tinder works best. After each student has gathered their materials then we will demonstrate each method and students will begin making their own kits. We feel it is very important that each person learns how to make fire strictly from nature if ever caught in a survival situation without modern tools.
